Wingham Wildlife Park's babies of 2011
The breeding season at Wingham Wildlife Park got off to a great start this year including some species which have been a first for our park!
Here is a list of some of the babies we have had this year:-
- 4 Common Marmosets
- 1 Mediterranean Miniature Donkey
- 8 White Lipped Tree Vipers
- 1 Red Ruffed Lemur
- 3 Black & White Ruffed Lemurs
- 6 Ring Tailed Lemurs
- 1 Bennetts Wallaby
- 3 Parma Wallabies
- 1 Lady Amerhurst Pheasant
- 3 Vietnamese Pheasants
- Lots of Prairie Dogs
- Lots of Polish Bantams

Wingham Wildlife Park's babies of 2010
We have had a very successful year at the park with our captive breeding and are very glad that we did not need to hand rear too many animals this year. It is always best to let the natural parents rear the babies, but this year we had to rear one Red Ruffed Lemurs and an African Pygmy Goat.

At Wingham wildlife park we take every step necessary to ensure the survival of our babies, with this being the case currently we are hand rearing 2 ring-tailed lemurs who had been rejected by their mother, 1 red ruffed lemur and a baby bennet wallaby.

20th July 2009 - Baby Update!
We have a number of new babies at the park, which have come in over the past few weeks and can now be seen around the park. Heres the list:
